Produktinformationen "pBLooK™ LED Transilluminator"

pBLooK™ is a remarkable blue light LED transilluminator for nucleic acid detection with non-UV excitation conditions, hence, no damage to your DNA fragments. The excitation wavelength of the device is 470 nm, the best excitation condition suitable for most of all commercial fluorescent DNA staining dye. The specially designed device can inspect the amplification result in the tube after PCR reaction. Users can observe the signal simultaneously through the amber filter on the cover frame. Accordingly, we recommend to use the Red MasterMix Fluoro (2x) with gel staining dye from the initiationial step for the best detection condition.

* Please note that BLooK™ is not suitable for ethidium bromide.
