DESCRIPTION
Ampliqon Taq DNA Polymerase exhibits both a 5'→3' DNA polymerase and a 5'→3 exonuclease activity. Taq DNA Polymerase has no proofreading ability. The enzyme is shipped with buffer containing ammonium sulfate and MgCl2.
