Taq DNA Polymerase Master Mix Red is a ready to use as a 2x reaction mix. Taq DNA Polymerase Master Mix Red is available in two final MgCl2 concentrations: 1.5mM and 2.0mM. Taq DNA Polymerase Master Mix Red is composed of Ampliqon Taq DNA Polymerase, the NH4+ buffer system, dNTPs and magnesium chloride.
