CMV pp65 Control Pool bestehend aus 138 Peptiden basierend auf einem Peptid-Scan (15-mere mit 11 AA Überlappung) des 65 kDa Phosphoproteins (pp65) (UniProtKB - P06725) vom humanen Cytomegalovirus (HHV-5). Der Peptid-Pool wird häufig als Positivkontrolle benutzt. Es werden 15 nmol (ca. 25µg/peptid) für die Stimulation von 2,5 x 10E8 cells µg geliefert.
Löslichkeit: Die gelieferte, lyophilisierte Peptidmischung sollte in einem Minimum von 40µL reinem DMSO aufgenommen werden (stock solution). Diese Lösung wird dann mit PBS-Puffer zur gewünschten Arbeitskonzentration verdünnt. Bitte beachten Sie: Die DMSO-Konzentration in der Arbeitslösung muss unterhalb von 1% liegen, um toxische Nebenwirkungen in biologischen Systemen zu verhindern.
