Product information "Prestained Protein Marker - 10-245 kDa"
The Prestained Protein Marker - 10-245 kDa is a three-color protein standard with 12 pre-stained (covalently coupled to a chromophore) purified proteins. Proteins are covalently coupled with a blue chromophore except for two reference bands, one green at 25 kDa and one red one at 75 kDa respectively, when separated on SDS-PAGE (Tris-glycine buffer).
The protein bands represent 10 kDa, 15 kDa, 20 kDa, 25 kDa (green), 35 kDa, 45 kDa, 60 kDa, 75 kDa (red), 100 kDa, 135 kDa, 180 kDa and 245 kDa. The Prestained Protein Marker 10-245 kDa is delivered in convenient 2 x 250µL aliquots. With a recommended application load of 3-5μL per lane, the marker lasts for up to 100 gels.

Storage buffer: 20mM Tris-phosphate pH7.5 at 25°C, 2% SDS, 1mM β-mercaptoethanol, 3.6M urea and 15% glycerol.
