This PBS tablets are specifically developed for immunological and microbiological laboratories. The buffer is provided as pre-weighed tablets in containers and in convenient blister packs, or as pre-weighed powder mix in sealed pouches.
1 tablet dissolved in 1000mL of deionized water yields: 0.01M Phosphate buffer, 0.14M NaCl, pH7.4 at 25° C.
