Description
The Genaxxon LyoBeads are ready-to-use pre-mixed and single-dose PCR reactions in lyophilized form, which were specifically designed for real time quantitative PCR (qPCR). The use of the Genaxxon high-quality Hotstart Taq DNA polymerase together with the high-purity reagents from Genaxxon guarantees reliable and robust results in qPCR.
The Genaxxon qPCR LyoBeads are pre-formulated to ensure greater reproducibility between reactions in real time quantitative PCR, minimize pipetting steps, and reduce the potential for pipetting errors and contamination. Only sterile DNA-free water, primer, and template DNA have to be added before cycling.
qPCR LyoBeads are provided as lyophilized bulk in a 1.5mL tube, pre-dispensed into either 0.2mL PCR tube strips or in a 96-well PCR plate. These options give our customers the choice of high flexibility in handling.
