More than 80% by colleagues or our sales representatives, 20% by the Internet.
2. What do you appreciate mostly on Genaxxon?
The friendliness of our staff and the good price-performance ration of our products have been top of the list, closely followed by our uncomplicated and fast service, good quality of our products and the expert advice by Genaxxon.
3. Please assess our telephone customer service
Friendliness: more than 72% gave us a "very good", for competence, reachability and rapidity more than 60% a "very good".
4. How satisfied have you been with our sales service?
Friendliness, competence as well as reachability were assessed around 81% with "very good".
5. How satisfied are you with our homepage?
Design and user guidance: 73% assessed "very good" and "good".
6. Which product divisions do you prefer?
Top of the list is PCR with almost 80%, followed by molecular biology with 72% and RNA-/DNA purification with 62%.
7. What do you prefer for your work with PCR and qPCR?
In PCR our customers prefer single components (42%) before master mixes (28%), in qPCR our master mixes lead clearly with 85%.
