EMEM Fibroblasts, without L-Glutamine, with 2.2g/L NaHCO3, sterile filtered solution.
EMEM for fibroblasts is based on EMEM medium supplemented with additional or larger amounts of amino acids and vitamins and thus optimized for improved growth especially of fibroblasts. For the cultivation of fibroblasts, this medium must be supplemented with 10% FCS before use.
