BF-MultiScreen tNOS/P35S/IC is a Multiplex Realtime PCR (3-Plex, qualitative) assay for: P35S CaMV (cauliflower mosaic virus), tNOS (nopaline synthase terminator), IC (internal amplification control). The System is based on CaMV / tNOS wild-type sequences. With standards for species and transgene amplicons.
The kit is designed for PCR cyclers with
excitation / emission 495/520 nm (Amplicon 1)
520-530/545-550 nm (Amplicon 2)
545-550/563-580 nm (Amplicon 3)
570-580/595-605 (reference).
Suitable for PCR cyclers with high ROX, low Rox or no Rox. Separate ROX is included in the kit (separate vial).
