Efficient in vitro Transcription with High RNA Yield


The T7 High Yield RNA Synthesis Kit provides an optimized transcription system for the efficient in vitro transcription of single-stranded RNA. Utilizing T7 RNA polymerase and a linear double-stranded DNA template containing the T7 promoter sequence, the kit enables the synthesis of 100–200 µg of RNA from just 1 µg of DNA template.
Designed for both short and long RNA transcripts, this kit supports the incorporation of modified nucleotides, such as biotin- or dye-labeled NTPs, allowing for the generation of labeled RNA for downstream applications.
