Iscove's Modified Dulbecco's Medium (IMDM) is a modified DMEM, with a higher content of vitamins, selenium and amino acids. As it is supplemented with albumine, transferrine and soya lipids it can be excellently applied for culturing lymphocytes, marrow cells and hybridoma. NOTE: For hybridomas there is a better and highly efficient protein free medium available.
This IMDM with L-Glutamine, with 20mM Hepes, and with 3.024g/L NaHCO3 is as pecial preparation that is available on request. Packsize: min. 20 x 500mL. If you wish, you can choose all incredients as you need without changing the price per bottle. Just let us know your needs.
