Iscove´s Modified Dulbecco´s Medium with stabilised Glutamine, with 25mM Hepes, without Phenol red, with 3.024g/L NaHCO3, sterile filtered. Special preparation. Packsize: min. 20 x 500mL.

IMDM is a modified DMEM, with a higher content of vitamins, selenium and amino acids. As it is supplemented with albumine, transferrine and soya lipids it can be excellently applied for culturing lymphocytes, marrow cells and hybridoma.
