In contrast to our other serum replacement products, our fully synthetic serum replacement DC only contains chemically defined components (for difference to other Genaxxon serum replacement products, see table below).
Our fully synthetic serum replacement product contains only defined components of non-animal origin. This means that there are no problems with BSE / TSE or virus contamination. The supplement is suitable for use with adherent and non-adherent cells. The defined and reproducible composition means that there is no need for time-consuming batch tests or batch reservations for our customers. At the same time there are no short-term price fluctuations as with "normal" fetal bovine serum.
