GenLadder 1 kb is a DNA ladder of 13 discrete fragments with a band interval of 250 bp between 250 bp and 3000 bp enabling the separation of bigger plasmid insertions or above 3000 bp with a band interval of 1 - 2kb to separate and determine vector plasmids after restriction digest very acurate. Compared to DNA ladder with equimolar distribution of band masses this 1kb ladder has increased masses up to 1 kbp. Additionally the 1 kpb and 3 kpb are intensified for better and faster orientation in 1.0 - 1.5% agarose gels. Please avoid repeated freez-thaw cycles.
