Aminoallyl-dUTP (min. 98% by HPLC) (5-[3-aminoallyl]-2'-deoxyuridine-5'-triphosphate) is supplied as a 10 mM aqueous solutions titrated to pH 7.0 with NaOH.
Aminoallyl-dUTP can be enzymatically incorporated into DNA with Reverse Transcriptases, Taq DNA polymerase, phi29 DNA Polymerase, Klenow Fragment, Klenow Fragment, exo- and DNA Polymerase I. The resulting amine-containing DNA can be subsequently labeled with any amine-reactive fluorescent dye, biotin or hapten.
- Can be incorporated into DNA using reverse transcriptases, Taq DNA Polymerase, Klenow Fragment. - The resulting aminoallyl-containing DNA can be subsequently labeled with any amine-reactive fluorescent dye, biotin or hapten, resulting in a uniform and high density labeling of DNA.
