LyoPlex Multiplex PCR master mix for fast and reliable quantification of up to 5 cDNA or gDNA targets in a single tube by multiplex, real-time PCR. This specially optimized and lyophilized master mix promotes fast multiplex real-time PCR. The combination of the specially designed hot start DNA polymerase together with a unique PCR buffer system as a lyophilized ready-to-use master mix ensures highly sensitive qPCR together with a very convenient storage at room temperature.

The Multiplex PCR master mix is a premixed, ready-to-use solution containing our highly specific chemically modified Taq DNA Polymerase, highly pure dNTPs, MgCl2, additives and a reaction buffer at optimal concentrations which enable reliable multiplex PCR, e.g. microsatellite, clonality or gene rearrangement analysis. Just add your primers and template DNA.
The Multiplex HS Master mix 2X is shipped in aliquots of 1.25mL.
