Lympho-Paque - Cell separation medium

Genaxxon's Lympho-Paque Cell Separation Medium (C4754) is a sterile, ready-to-use medium for the simple and rapid isolation of lymphocytes with high yield from peripheral blood by ultracentrifugation. Lympho-Paque has a density of 1.077g/mL and maintains viability and representative distribution of B and T lymphocytes.

Isolation of cells or subcellular particles is often the first step in gene expression studies or diagnostic studies. Besides bio-specific separation methods, the most commonly used methods are physical separation methods based on physical differences such as size and charge of the particles to be separated. Special density gradient or separation media are used for this purpose.
