Protease-Inhibitor-Mix IV for plant extracts

The Protease-Inhibitor-Mix IV for plant extracts is a mixture of 6 protease inhibitors with a broad range activity against aspartate-, cysteine-, serine-, and metallo proteases as well as aminopeptidases. It is especially formulated for use with plant extracts.

This ready-to-use mix contains AEBSF >, E-64 >, Leupeptin >, Bestatin >, Pepstatin A > and 1,10-Phenanthroline. The kit is supplied with an extra vial of 1mL ultrapure DMSO.

The content of 1 vial dissolved in 1mL DMSO will give a 100-fold concentrate, suitable for the treatment of 100mL extract.
