Hochreine, HPLC-gereinigte dNTPs (>99%) als 4 separate Lösungen (dATP, dCTP, dGTP und dTTP) zu jeweils 100 mM für die qPCR, Standard PCR, RT-PCR und Klenowreaktionen. Die dNTP-Lösungen sind optimiert für die Verwendung in der DNA-Polymerisation und anderen verwandten Methoden. Die dNTPs von Genaxxon enthalten keine messbare bakterielle oder humane DNA. Für die Lagerung über einen längeren Zeitraum und/oder bei regelmäßiger, aber nicht häufiger Anwendung empfehlen wir, kleinere Aliquots zuzubereiten.
