RPMI 1640 with stable Glutamine, with 25mM Hepes, with 2.0g/L NaHCO3, sterile filtered. The medium was developed for culture of normal and neoplastic leucocytes, but also marrow cells and hybridoma. Meanwhile there are better, serumfree media for hybridoma (just ask us: info@genaxxon.com). Just by supplementing the RPMI with different amounts of FBS it is a very good medium for many different cell lines. You can also get custom made medium according to your needs. Just ask us.
