MEM α can be used with a variety of suspension and adherent mammalian cells, including keratinocytes, primary rat astrocytes, and human melanoma cells. We offer a variety of MEM α modifications for a range of cell culture applications.

IPL-41 has been originally developed by Weiss et al. for the large scale propagation of cells from the fall armyworm, Spodoptera frµgiperda. The medium is primarily used for the growth and maintenance of cell lines derived from lepidopterans and the propagation of viruses in these cell lines. One of the most significant uses of the medium is the large scale culture of baculovirus infected Spodoptera cells. The expression of recombinant proteins is undertaken from Spodoptera cells utilizing the baculovirus expression system (BEVS). ISF-1 Medium for Hybridoma
ISF-1 is a serum-free, chemically defined medium for hybridoma cell line culture and monoclonal antibody (mAb) production. Since the composition of serum-free media is known, there is less batch to batch variability, leading to better comparability of different experiments. Also, the risk of contamination by viruses or mycoplasma is very low.
