Cell Separation reagents - Cell Separation reagents
Cell separation media are used for the separation of target cells from a complex mixture, such as whole blood or tissue samples, based on density gradients.
The method of density gradient centrifugation separates the specific cell type of interest from other cells or biological particles based on the density range of the gradient media and of the sample particles.
Caesium chloride (99.9 %), Molecular biology grade
€813.75*
€120.75*
Caesium chloride for density centrifµgation. Ideal for the isolation of highly pure RNA without contamination with RNase, or other proteins and DNA. Ref.: Miller H. (1987) Methods Enzymol., 152, 145, Dorin M. and Bornecque C.A. (1995) BioTechniques, 18,90.
Variants from €120.75*
Caesiumchlorid ultrapure (99,999%)
€1,095.00*
Caesium chloride for density centrifugation. Ideal for the isolation of highly pure RNA without contamination with RNase, or other proteins and DNA. Ref.: Miller H. (1987) Methods Enzymol., 152, 145, Dorin M. and Bornecque C.A. (1995) BioTechniques, 18,90.
Ficoll(R) 400 - Polysucrose 400
€54.44*
Suited for preparation of continuous and discontinuous density gradients. For stabilisation of membrane-bound particles, isolation of lymphocytes. Better osmotic properties than sucrose. Ficoll is also part of Denhardt's solution. As a supplement in gel loading buffers it increases density of the buffer for faster settlement of the solution in the gel caves while loading the gel.
LEUCO-Human - Cell separation medium
€17.27*
The Genaxxon LEUCO-Human centrifugation reagent is specially designed to separate human leucocytes from other blood cells. The separation medium it optimized to follow the selection criteria for density gradient centrifugation agents used in cell sorting. Â Density: 1.077 g/mL: Forming stable gradients over desired range. pH and osmolality are easily adjustable. Solutions are not too viscous in case of high density. This medium does not cause functional or morphological changes in the applied biological material and it does not penetrade biological membranes.
