Protein Purification Kits

CentriPure Gel Filtration Columns offered by Genaxxon are designed for rapid and efficient removal of small molecules (salts, dyes, ammonia, haptens, biotin, etc.) from antibodies, enzymes and other proteins.

Molecules purified with CentriPure columns are separated according to size. Smaller molecules pass significantly slower through the column than larger molecules. Buffer and pH effects on resolution are minimal. The size exclusion cut-off of the used gel filtration material is 5 kD for proteins, respectively, 10bp for DNA.

Some examples are CentriPure P2, P10, P50 or P100 columns for protein purification, Glutathion-Agarose, Rho1D4 Agarose, Rho1D4 Peptide.

CentriPure Gel Filtration Columns offered by Genaxxon are designed for rapid and efficient removal of small molecules (salts, dyes, ammonia, haptens, biotin, etc.) from antibodies, enzymes and other proteins.
