Produktinformationen "p-Nitrophenylphosphat (5 mg) Tabletten"
24, bzw. 100 gebrauchsfertige p-Nitrophenylphosphat (pNPP) Tabletten mit 5mg p-Nitrophenylphosphat als Substrat. Das in den Tabletten enthaltene pNPP-Substrat wurde speziell für Immunoassay Anwendungen entwickelt und ist ideal für phosphatbasierte ELISA-Tests.
pNPP wird auch als chromogenes unspezifisches Substrat in Assays mit alkalischer oder saurer Phosphatase eingesetzt. Das lösliche Endprodukt der Reaktion ist Gelb und kann spektrometrisch bei 405 - 410 nm detektiert werden. Die Reaktion kann mit 3M NaOH gestoppt werden.
Anwendung:
Eine pNPP-Tablette wird in ein Becherglas gegeben und auf einen Magnetrührer gestellt. Dann wird entionisiertes Wasser in der benötigten Menge (bis die für den geplanten Assay erforderliche Konzentration erreicht ist) gegeben. Die Lösung wird dann gerührt bis die pNPP-Tablette komplett aufgelöst ist. Die Substratlösung ist sofort gebrauchsfertig.

b. 1M diethanolamine, pH9.8, 0.5mM MgCl2.
c. 0.2M Tris, pH8.8, 5mM MgCl2.
Preparation of a sterile solution:
- Prepared solution may be sterilized by filtration (0,2µm). The solution has to be stored at -20°C in aliquots!
