Peptide pools - Powerful tools for your T cell research
Peptide pools offer a very cost-efficient and effective solution for the stimulation of antigen-specific CD4+ and CD8+ T cells.
Peptide pools are based on a complete protein by splitting the primary amino acid sequence into individual 15-mer peptides, each overlapping by 11 amino acids. Each peptide is synthesized and then combined into a pool containing the complete protein including the antigen-presenting part. The pools can then be used for T-cell immunoassays.
