The Bio Lp-1 Legionella DNA Purification Kit was specially developed for our Bio Lp 1 Legionella Detection kit .This Kit provides yields of 75% to 99% dependend on the DNA source and elution volume which can be in the range of 40µL up to 100µL. The binding capacity of the columns is 40µg.
The Kit provides spin columns, buffers and collection tubes.
DNA purified with this Kit are ready for direct use in all applications, including sequencing, microarray analysis, ligation and transformation, restriction digestion, labeling, microinjection, PCR and in vitro transcription.
