Isothermal High-Performance Polymerase for DNA Amplification The FAST Bst Polymerase HotStart from Genaxxon is a recombinant polymerase from Geobacillus stearothermophilus with aptamer-based warm-start activation. It exhibits strong strand-displacement activity and 5′→3′ polymerase activity, without 5′→3′ exonuclease activity, making it ideal for LAMP, SIBA, Whole Genome Amplification, and Multiple Displacement Amplification. The polymerase is glycerol-free, highly tolerant to inhibitors, and enables fast, robust DNA amplification at constant temperatures. One-Step LAMP and Rapid DNA Amplification As a Hot-Start polymerase, the aptamer-based warm-start activation prevents nonspecific amplifications at low temperatures. This allows a room-temperature reaction setup without ice, reduces sources of error, and simplifies your LAMP workflows. Powerful and Flexible Reaction Optimal activity at 65 °C, reliable across 55–70 °C Inactivation possible at temperatures above 80 °C qPCR-compatible: monitor reactions using intercalating dyes on standard qPCR instruments Compatible with portable isothermal devices featuring incubation and fluorescence detection Usage Notes Not suitable for conventional PCR Storage: -20 °C, stable until expiration when handled correctly Key Benefits at a Glance Rapid LAMP amplification – robust DNA synthesis at constant temperatures Warm-start – room-temperature setup without ice, prevents nonspecific amplification High inhibitor tolerance – reliable results even in complex samples Flexible temperature range – active from 55–70 °C, optimal at 65 °C qPCR-compatible – monitoring with intercalating dyes possible Glycerol-free & stable – consistent results even under suboptimal conditions
High-Performance Isothermal Polymerase with Reverse Transcriptase for RNA and DNA Amplification The FAST Bst Polymerase RT Mix from Genaxxon is a ready-to-use blend of powerful DNA polymerase and thermostable reverse transcriptase with RNase inhibitor. The recombinant polymerase from Geobacillus stearothermophilus exhibits strong strand-displacement activity and 5′→3′ polymerase activity without 5′→3′ exonuclease activity. The included reverse transcriptase enables simultaneous reverse transcription and amplification of RNA templates, making the mix ideal for RT-LAMP applications. The mix is robust, highly tolerant to inhibitors, and supports fast, reliable amplification at constant temperatures. One-Step RT-LAMP and Rapid Amplification The FAST Bst Polymerase RT Mix allows simultaneous reverse transcription and DNA amplification in a single step. Thanks to the stable enzymes, the reaction setup can be performed at room temperature, reducing errors and simplifying RT-LAMP workflows. Powerful and Flexible Reaction Optimal activity at 65 °C, reliable in the range of 55–70 °C Inactivation possible at temperatures above 80 °C qPCR-compatible: monitor reactions with intercalating dyes on standard qPCR instruments Compatible with portable isothermal devices with incubation and fluorescence detection Usage Notes Not suitable for conventional PCR Storage: -20 °C, stable until the expiration date when handled correctly Key Advantages One-Step RT-LAMP – simultaneous reverse transcription and DNA amplification Robust & inhibitor-tolerant – reliable reactions even in complex samples Flexible temperature range – active from 55–70 °C, optimal at 65 °C RNA protection – RNase inhibitor preserves RNA integrity qPCR-compatible – monitoring with intercalating dyes possible Glycerol-free & stable – consistent results even under suboptimal conditions
