Shipping and Payment Terms 

No shipping to private individuals.

Shipping Costs within Germany

For orders with a net value of more than EUR 400, no shipping costs will be charged. This applies to both refrigerated and non-refrigerated goods. Shipping on dry ice is always charged additionally.

All shipments with a net order value of less than EUR 400 are subject to a net shipping charge of EUR 25. This applies to non-refrigerated goods and goods shipped on "wet ice". Shipping on dry ice is always charged additionally.

Shipments on dry ice (-80°C) are always subject to an additional net charge of EUR 80.

International Shipping Costs (outside Germany )
Shipping costs for international shipments depend on the package weight, package dimensions, shipping method and destination country. Details are available upon request (info@genaxxon.com).

Delivery Times
Most orders are shipped within 1-4 days after receipt. In some cases, certain products may take longer. The estimated delivery time for each product is stated on our website under the respective product. We would also like to point out that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions and unexpected delays by shipping carriers. Although Genaxxon bioscience makes every effort to provide information that is as accurate as possible, such external factors may affect delivery times. Payment:
You can choose between payment by invoice, credit card or PayPal. In the online shop, you can select the corresponding option directly and pay immediately by credit card or PayPal. If you choose the "payment by invoice" option, we will send you the corresponding invoice by email. Prices in the Online Shop

The prices shown are list prices. Customer-specific prices cannot be displayed in the online shop. After Genaxxon has received your order, you will receive an official order confirmation listing all customer-specific prices and any applicable shipping costs.

EU customers are exempt from German VAT if they provide Genaxxon with their valid VAT identification number.

All other international customers are generally exempt from German VAT.
