Product information "SSC buffer (20X) powder"
Widely used in molecular biology experiments for the preparation of prehybridisation and hybridisation solutions, wash solutions, etc.. The pH value of the dissolved SSC buffer powder is approx. 8.2 ± 0.2. Adjust pH to 7.0 ± 0.2 with HCl.
