Tris-EDTA buffer 1X concentrated, molecular biology grade. pH8.0 +/- 0.2.
TE buffer is used in the formulation of buffer solutions in the pH range between 7.5 and 8.5. They are widely used in cell and molecular biology for processes such as protein and nucleic acid extraction and purification. Tris-EDTA buffer solution, pH 8.0 may also be used as a washing buffer.
