Product information "ExoScience EVs"
Highly pure, lyophilized extracellular vesicles with superior stability, optimal for multiple applications including: Assay calibration, Spike-in control for EVs quantification, Protein marker analysis for different techniques such as Western Blot and Flow Cytometry experiments, Extraction and analysis of exosomal RNA and DNA.
Quantity of number of particles per vial: >1x10E10.
Optimal for multiple applications including:
- Assay calibration
- Spike-in control for exosome quantification
- Protein marker analysis for different techniques such as Western Blot and Flow Cytometry.
- Extraction and analysis of exosomal RNA and DNA
Preparation Method
Isolation involves tangential flow filtration. Exosomes (small EVs) are quantified and validated for protein content and particle number by nanoparticle tracking analysis (NTA).
Source: umbilical cord
Physical Appearance: lyophilised white powder.
Amount: 1x 10E10 particles/vial
Reconstitution:
Add (or inject) 2mL deionized water and resuspend extracellular vesicles by gently shaking the bottle or by pipetting
the solution up and down 10 time till the freeze-dried powder is dissolved completely.
ATTENTION: Avoid generation of bubbles.
Final concentration: >5x10E9 particles/mL
