NGS DNA Puri MagBeads is a SPRI-based chemistry that speeds and simplifies nucleic acid size selection and PCR purification for DNA and/or RNA library preparation for Next Generation sequencing. It is compatible with mainstream NGS library prepared kits. NGS DNA Puri MagBeads utilize SPRI (Solid Phase Reverse Immobilization) paramagnetic bead technology to enable DNA purification and size selection during NGS library construction.NGS DNA Puri MagBeads are compatible with most NGS library construction kits (DNA, RNA).
