Isothermal High-Performance Polymerase for DNA Amplification
The FAST Bst Polymerase HotStart from Genaxxon is a recombinant polymerase from Geobacillus stearothermophilus with aptamer-based warm-start activation. It exhibits strong strand-displacement activity and 5′→3′ polymerase activity, without 5′→3′ exonuclease activity, making it ideal for LAMP, SIBA, Whole Genome Amplification, and Multiple Displacement Amplification.
The polymerase is glycerol-free, highly tolerant to inhibitors, and enables fast, robust DNA amplification at constant temperatures.
One-Step LAMP and Rapid DNA Amplification
As a Hot-Start polymerase, the aptamer-based warm-start activation prevents nonspecific amplifications at low temperatures. This allows a room-temperature reaction setup without ice, reduces sources of error, and simplifies your LAMP workflows.
