RAHYNIVTF represents the linear peptidic epitope studied as part of Protein E7 (Alphapapillomavirus 9) and other human papillomavirus protein. This epitope is used to study immune reactivity in, T cell assays, B cell assays and MHC ligand assays. E.g. peptide RAHYNIVTF is used for stimulation of mouse HPV 16 E7 (49-57)-specific CD8+ T cells.
The peptide is synthesised as it is presented by the MHC class I H-2 Db allele.
