The GNX Food Probe qPCR MasterMix (5X) is specifically designed for fast, reliable and highly sensitive probe-based qPCR from food samples, environmental specimens and other challenging biological materials. Engineered for exceptional inhibitor tolerance, this master mix delivers robust amplification performance even when working with difficult sample matrices containing PCR inhibitors.The included modified HotStart Taq DNA Polymerase provides outstanding specificity and sensitivity while minimizing non-specific amplification. This ensures reliable and reproducible results.
A key feature of the system is the combination of the 5X Master Mix with the separately added GNX Food Probe Booster (10X). This dedicated booster further enhances resistance against common PCR inhibitors, enabling consistent amplification performance under demanding assay conditions.
The master mix is also lyo-ready, making it an excellent choice for the development of stable, room-temperature assay formats. In addition, the incorporation of dUTP allows effective carry-over contamination control when used together with UDG (Uracil-DNA Glycosylase). (Please note: UDG is not included!)
Since the HotStart DNA polymerase remains inactive at room temperature, reaction setup can be performed without cooling, simplifying workflow and reducing the risk of non-specific amplification. The optimized buffer system supports rapid reaction kinetics and efficient target amplification across a broad range of applications.
