Analytica 2026: Genaxxon looks back on a successful week at the trade fair
Analytica 2026 in Munich has come to an end, and we look back on an intensive, inspiring, and highly successful week. Numerous visitors took the opportunity to visit our booth in Hall A3 and exchange ideas on current developments in PCR, qPCR, and modern molecular biology workflows.
At the heart of the event were personal conversations. The direct exchange with researchers and industry professionals provided valuable insights into current challenges in everyday laboratory work – from reproducibility of PCR results to the need for more efficient and time-saving workflows. These insights are essential for us to continuously refine our solutions and better address the needs of our customers.
Strong interest in product highlights
Particular attention was given to three of our product solutions, each representing efficient and forward-thinking laboratory workflows:
- The Challenger Hotstart RT-qPCR 4x Mastermix impressed as a powerful solution for reverse transcription and qPCR in a single step. A key advantage is its outstanding stability at room temperature for several days, allowing for greater flexibility in the lab – including pipetting without ice and leaving reagents on the bench during breaks without compromising performance.
- The Plant DNA Q Extraction Solution demonstrated a fast and efficient approach to obtaining PCR-ready DNA from plant samples. Both chloroplast and genomic DNA can be extracted in just 8 minutes, significantly simplifying plant-based workflows.
- Our Direct PCR Genotyping Solutions showed how SNP genotyping can be performed directly from crude samples – without any DNA extraction. This approach reduces hands-on time, minimizes workflow steps, and enables a direct path from sample to result.
Exchange, internationality, and personal connections
Beyond product presentations, the focus was clearly on meaningful exchange. Discussions at the booth highlighted the diversity of challenges in molecular biology applications and emphasized the importance of tailored solutions. The international nature of Analytica was also reflected in the many conversations with visitors from around the world, underlining the global relevance of the topics discussed.More than just science
In addition to technical discussions, the event also offered many opportunities for informal exchange. Activities such as our wheel of fortune – featuring the popular Genaxxon DNA socks – created a relaxed atmosphere and many positive interactions at the booth. Conclusion: valuable insights for the future
Analytica 2026 once again demonstrated the value of direct dialogue with the scientific community. The feedback and insights gained during the event will play an important role in the further development of our products and solutions. At the same time, the event reinforced the importance of continuously challenging and improving established standards – an approach that is at the core of our work at Genaxxon.
We would like to thank all visitors, partners, and conversation partners for an excellent trade fair and look forward to continuing the discussions beyond the event.
